trailAddiction was never supposed to be a business, just a way of sharing my passion for great trails with others.  It’s only recently that I finally gave up my “real” job of 12 years as an Engineer in the UK to focus 100% on trailAddiction and its sister event the Trans-Savoie Enduro. If you have the energy to keep going for days on end, I’m usually your man although some of the young keen-beans joining us now give me a good run for my money. I’m equally happy sessioning the most hardcore of descents or the most lung-busting xc-epics although as each year passes, I’m more frequently spotted on the lift than grinding it out on the climbs. I’m now well on the way on my quest to ride as many Alpine miles as possible in one lifetime and fresh off the back of a winter riding in New Zealand, I can’t wait to get back to my favourite place to ride in the whole world that just keeps on giving – Les Arcs.  My main aim for this summer is to spend less time in front of my laptop and more time out guiding with you all.
